I've taken my pets to Animal Hospital of Frisco since 2004. There's been a change of hands over the last few years, but the service and professionalism has not changed. Their compassion, concern and customer service are everything you want and expect from someone you trust to care for your pet. My visits and interactions with Dr. Montz and staff have been positive. I recently moved to Dallas after nine years in Frisco and two years in Plano, so I researched to find a vet clinic closer to my area, and ultimately decided to drive the 50+ miles roundtrip. As with everything, ask a lot of questions and find out if recommended treatments or meds are optional. Also, the staff has been more than willing to give me an estimate prior to my visit. They also send email reminders for upcoming visits and routine vaccinations. Two years ago, we discovered my teenage daughter's dog had lymphoma. Dr. Montz was there with us through the end. He was so thoughtful and caring and called to check up on her status almost every day. Our family received a card with our pet's paw print on it, which they had put together after she passed. It meant so much to us.LynAnn E.
